Pak Women was established on December 1, 1998, by a group of young girls from village level at District Swabi of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Pak Women is registered under societies registration Act 1860 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Charities Commission Act, 2019. Pak Women has an MOU with Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Ministry of Economic Affairs and Allow To Work (ATW) from Miinistry of States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON). Pak Women also received NOCs from Planning and Development department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for its projects in newly merged districts. Pak Women has its head ofce in Islamabad and regional ofce in Peshawar.

Pak Women Haq program is in line with The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, relevant national laws, United Nations Instruments UDHR, CEDAW, CRC, UNCRPD and ICCPR.
